🥊 Do I need any experience to join?

Nope! Our Muay Thai classes are beginner-friendly and designed to help you learn the basics safely and confidently.

You’ll be supported from your very first session.

👊 Do I need to be fit before I start?

Not at all. Our classes are designed to build your fitness gradually.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or getting back into it, we’ll meet you where you’re at.

🧤 What should I bring to class?

Wear comfortable gym clothes, bring a towel and water bottle.

We have gloves and gear you can borrow if you don’t have your own.

⚔️ Is there sparring involved?

No. We focus on pad work, technique drills and controlled contact — no live sparring in regular classes.

Our goal is to build skill, confidence and conditioning without pressure to fight.

💪 Can women join the regular classes?
👶 Do you offer classes for kids or teens?

Absolutely. All our classes are inclusive, and we also offer women’s-only sessions for those who prefer a more private training environment.

Yes! Teens can join adults classes with permission from their parents/guardians and we offer private coaching for kids (6 - 12years old) .

It's a great way to build focus, discipline and physical literacy in a supportive space.
