Muay Thai, also known as Thai boxing, is a martial art that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. It is known as the 'Art of Eight Limbs' because it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes.
You are welcome to come and observe a class at no charge.
If you'd like to train, you need to make a booking online. Casual rate $25 per class

Muay Thai is a full-body workout that improves cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, and coordination. It also helps with weight loss, stress relief, and building confidence.
We have classes every tuesday, wednesday and thursday at 7:30pm and Saturdays at 8:30am.
We also have private coaching available monday to saturday subject to trainer availability.
No prior experience is necessary to join our classes. We welcome beginners and provide a supportive environment to help you learn and grow at your own pace.
No we provide all equipment for every class. You're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
For your first Muay Thai class, wear comfortable workout clothes such as shorts and a t-shirt. We recommend bringing a water bottle and a towel. If you have your own gloves and wraps, feel free to bring them, but we also have equipment available for use.
